To ensure strict confidentiality, the exact location, surface areas, vineyard and land details, buildings, facilities, financial data, and any other sensitive information will be disclosed exclusively to qualified parties.
Confidential information will be made available upon receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) issued directly by the interested company or the potential purchasing industrial group. The LOI must expressly state:
the name of this agency as the party presenting the opportunity, along with the relevant details to be provided following the initial contact;
the names of the companies and/or investment opportunities already visited, presented, or analyzed up to that point in Tuscany and/or the province of Siena, in order to correctly identify the transaction and protect the presentation and brokerage activities.
Expressions of interest or LOIs submitted by intermediaries, consultants, or agents will not be considered. Information will be provided exclusively to direct counterparties.
The applicant must also demonstrate adequate financial capacity via Proof of Funds (POF), bank references, or other documentation substantiating their financial and asset stability.
The owner reserves the right to conduct a preliminary review of the documentation and the potential buyer's profile before authorizing any further disclosure of confidential information.
