Agricultural Company in Cetona - TC0093

The agricultural company develops in an area between the municipalities of Cetona (SI) and Città della
Pieve, (PG), for a total of ha. 78.25.68 of which the majority in the Municipality of Cetona, with one
surface area of ha. 72.88.28 and the remaining bordering one in the Municipality of Città della Pieve, with one
surface area of ha. 05.37.40
The company center is located in the Municipality of Cetona, Podere San Domenico, where they are located
the buildings used as homes, warehouses, cellars, garages and are concentrated and structured
various accessories, the company also includes two former rural farms that are currently not used and,
called Pod. Capannelle and other Pod. Saint Dominic.
The company's land is located partly in a flat area and partly in a hilly area,
overlooking the Cetona Mountain, with predominantly South-West exposure and are mainly cultivated with good quality arable land; other part used with
vineyard in poor vegetative state.
Further company land of considerable extension at the top of the hill is affected by
mixed forest whose surface, divided into plots, is subjected to cutting according to the
time required by forestry regulations, the remaining uncultivated part is almost limited
to the slopes, the steepest parts, the courtyards of the buildings.
